Booking a party with le petit playhouse you will have exclusive access to our role play cafe. We can tailor the party to your needs offering three different packages. 

 

Package One - Weekend Party £375*

Saturday or Sunday 

9.30am - 11.30am, 11.30am-1.30pm or 2pm-4pm

We charge £375 for exclusive hire for 2 hours and a capacity of 30 children. Price includes a picnic lunch for 20 children, we charge an additional £4.50 per child thereafter. Your party is broken up into playtime in the 'playhouse' and 30 minutes for party food and cake celebrations. Included in this package is

1. Exclusive use of the playhouse

2. Free drink for parents of party

3. Digital personalised invitations to fit your theme

4. Cake cutting 

5. Free play session for birthday girl or boy

Please note your 2 hrs includes set up and downtime if you do need time to set up please factor this into your party time. For example 11.30am confirmation, invites should be 11.45am leaving you 15mins to set up.

Package Two - Weekday Party £325* 

Monday - Friday 

Evening parties are available on request.

For our weekday package you can choose from any of the dates and time slots above for exclusive hire of our 'playhouse' for £325 for a duration of 2 hours. This price includes a picnic lunch for 20 children, we charge an additional £4.50per child thereafter. Our capacity is 30 children. ​

Package three - Arts and crafts Party £22.50 per child. 

​

Our arts and crafts room is perfect for a party for up to 12 or a catch up with friends. If you are looking for something different then this is the perfect package for you. We can offer a variety of activities to suit your needs from Canvas painting or slime party. We need at least 2 weeks notice prior to your desired booking slot to prep.  You will have a reserved area for both children and adults to relax and enjoy the celebration. 

The package includes your chosen activity, food for each child and 90 minutes of playtime in the playhouse. You are welcome to bring your own cake, decorations and party favours to make the celebration extra special.

Package four - Mini Party £15.00 per child

Our mini party package is perfect if you're planning a small get together with friends. This package is suitable for up to 12 children and take place during a public session. You will have a reserved area for both children and adults to relax and enjoy the celebration. 

The package includes food for each child and 90 minutes of playtime in the playhouse. You are welcome to bring your own cake, decorations and party favours to make the celebration extra special.

Information

We do not offer adult catering. However, our café is open to purchase food and drinks.

We have a maximum capacity of 100 people (children & adults)

Please note we do not offer balloons, decorations and birthday cakes. If you are setting up decorations you can do so by popping by 10minutes before your allocated party booking. If you are hiring an events company we can make arrangements for them to set up earlier depending on our bookings.

If you wish to make a party booking we ask for a £50 deposit to secure your date and time slot. Deposits are due 72 hours of receiving confirmation of your date, as we are unable to hold reservations. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your party.

 

Private hire parties are a duration of 2 hours, please note this does include set up and down time.
